Homelessness is an issue that touches the social, economic and cultural fabric of a community. We believe it is our collective responsibility to ensure sufficient housing and support is available, to those who need it.
Mareeba Community Housing Company is a not-for-profit organisation working towards this goal. We partner with community, government and private businesses, to provide affordable, stable and safe housing options for the Mareeba and Atherton Tablelands community.
More than 300 locals are currently vulnerable to homelessness. Mareeba Community Housing Company’s experienced, dedicated staff are here to not only help those seeking a home — be it short-term, long-term or transitional — but to partner with private property investors seeking to work with us to invest in their local community.
